Weapon Durability and Fuse in the New Sequel of The Legend of Zelda – Tears of The Kingdom

Weapon Durability and Fuse in the Newest Sequel of The Legend of Zelda

Nintendo is rumored to be launching the latest sequel to The Legend of Zelda, namely Tears of The Kingdom, with several changes, one of which has annoyed fans of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

One of the frustrations experienced by game fans is that the durability of the weapons used makes them easily damaged, although it can be recognized that Link can also use almost any object, such as leaves to swords, as weapons.

This durability system also includes a weapon that has become an icon in this game, namely Master Sword which cannot be used continuously and requires players not to use it for a few moments before it can be used again.

It is necessary to admit that the application of this system has a goal so that players can be more creative and skilled in using various weapons that can be used in the game The Legend of Zelda.

To solve this problem, Nintendo has also reduced the frustration when you lose your favorite weapon. Besides that, in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom, a new ability called fuse is also introduced.

Fuse is Link’s new ability that can combine two objects to produce a new object. Like for example the weapon system that many players complain about, Link will be able to combine two weapons into a new weapon.

This combination can also use weapons that have been damaged so that they become new weapons with new durability. Thus the age of use or the durability of the weapon can be extended.

It doesn’t stop there that the advantages of Link’s new skill, namely the fuse, other creative ideas can also be applied by players freely such as combining a spear with a piece of wood to produce a spear with a longer size.

Other abilities in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom, such as emergence, are also new skills from Link. With emergence, Link can reach the top floor or place without having to bother climbing like before.
