Kaminaki Sekai no Kamisama Katsudou Anime Synopsis
In the belief that the omnipotent god Mitama will come and save him. Yukita Urabe participates in a ritual to become a new leader in her father’s cult.
However, she had to go through an ordeal where she was drowned during the ritual, and then reborn in a world without gods or religion as she wanted.
In his new world, he meets a girl named Aruaru who takes him to her village. But his beautiful image of the people in that world had to be shattered.
People there had short lifespans, and he witnessed many people committing suicide forced by the country’s government. With unchallengeable rules, the government could give orders for everyone to commit suicide.
Aruaru and her sister were forcibly executed, but Yukito was helpless and desperate to save her.
In a desperate state, Yukito recalled the teachings of his father and prayed to Lord Mitama to save him.
His prayers are answered and then a little girl descends from the sky and annihilates everyone who has hurt Yukito. But surprisingly the girl said that she was Mitama.
