Kazuki, Toi, and Enta who are high school students suddenly get a curse and change their shape from human to Kappa. This curse comes from Keppi, a prince from the Kappa kingdom.
Kozuki, Toi, and Enta are required to assist Keppi in collecting the Shirokodama made by Reo and Mabu, an agent of the Otter Kingdom.
The Otter Empire, which uses its guise as “Kappazon Inc.” turns out to control society by manipulating the will of the masses of the population. Manipulate that they are enemies of the Kappa kingdom for generations.
